Sfinx is building the intelligence layer for the entire hiring market. What began as an AI interviewer has grown into a broader mission: to own every step of the hiring funnel — from first contact to final offer. We believe that whoever holds the data holds the future of hiring. That’s why we’re expanding beyond interviews, toward a system that understands leads, automates scheduling, runs evaluations, supports negotiations, and optimizes decisions — all through a single AI-powered flow. Our long-term vision is to become the core infrastructure of hiring: faster, smarter, and radically more efficient.

Our Journey
Sfinx began with a simple but powerful insight: companies were losing time and money because their best engineers were stuck in interviews. We set out to solve that by building AI agents that replicate top interviewers — not just their questions, but their instincts, logic, and decision-making. What started as a tool to save engineering time quickly evolved into a smarter way to screen and evaluate candidates. As our models improve, so does our ambition. We’re now working with design partners to scale this system across the full hiring journey.
Sfinx was founded and is currently built by Noam Hoze - a developer, musician, and product thinker with a vision to reinvent how companies hire. While Noam leads development solo, he is supported by a network of experienced mentors, including experts in HR, AI, and business strategy. Together, they’re shaping a system that combines technical depth with real-world hiring wisdom. Sfinx is lean, fast, and driven by deep conviction, building the future of hiring, one interview at a time.
